We have been traveling for ten years now. And walking… A LOT. 20 km a day, that`s just normal. But we`re only 34. We meet many travelers on our way, many of them are much older than us. But they can drink the same, laugh the same, sleep the same (very little), and manage the same as us just because they WALK THE SAME.
